SWOEA is governed by several major documents that help define and guide all our activities. These are voted on by delegates from the local associations at our biannual Representative Assemblies and can only be changed at those meetings. Constitution and Bylaws The official document that establishes the organization and structure of the Association. The Constitution may be amended by a 2/3rds majority. The Bylaws may be amended by a simple majority of fifty percent plus one. Executive Committee Policy Manual Basic guide for the day to day operations of the Association.
